Which social networks are supported?

Crowdbooster supports Twitter and Facebook. If you are interested in seeing other networks, please vote them up in our Feedback Forum!

Why do you require a credit card?

We ask for your credit card so we don't interrupt your membership after your free trial. This also allows us to reduce fraud and prevent multiple free trials for one person, helping us deliver better service for all the honest customers. We won't bill you anything during your 30-day free trial and you can cancel at any moment before your trial ends.

Is this trial really free?

Yes. NOTHING will be billed to your card for 30 days. Guaranteed. We will only bill you for your subscription if you choose not to cancel after 30 days. During your free trial you can cancel at any time. No questions asked. Nothing billed at all.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes. We offer 10% off the one year plan - that’s a little more than a month that you get for free!

What if I decide to cancel?

If you no longer wish to use Crowdbooster, you can cancel at any time by going to the Settings page. At that point, your subscription will last until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. If you signed up for a discounted one year plan, you will receive a prorated remainder in Crowdbooster credit.

Can I change my plan later on?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. The change will take effect immediately, and you will be credited an amount equal to the current month's remaining charge.

How does the actual billing work?

We ask you for your credit card information today but we won’t charge you until the end of the 30-day trial period. We will be sure to remind you when the trial period is almost over to help you make your decision. We will then charge your card for the upcoming month and bill you on that day of each month (or next year, if you choose the one-year plan) for as long as you want to keep your Crowdbooster subscription.

Do I have to worry about data being missing or behind?

You can rest easy that once you’ve signed up for Crowdbooster, your analytics data going forward will be tracked accurately and in real-time. We cannot guarantee the same kind of accuracy specifically for tweets you sent in the past before Crowdbooster.

How far back does the data go?

Twitter: We start tracking everything: followers, tweets, retweets, mentions, replies, favorites potential impressions, etc. on the day you sign up for the free trial. For tweets and mentions, we can look back - up to 3,200 tweets from before you first signed up, but unfortunately we won’t be able to get an accurate count of the retweets, replies, favorites, and impressions for those 3,200 tweets.

Facebook: We will be able to get the complete history and everything going forward.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profit?

Yes! Crowdbooster provides a 50% discount on all paid plans to non-educational organizations that are tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the equivalent in your country.

Step 1: Set up a Crowdbooster trial account. We’ll be applying the discount to that account. If you don’t have one yet, go ahead and create one (you can change your plan later and the discount will still apply). We will need to know the email address you used to register with Crowdbooster.

Step 2: Gather materials. We’ll need you to link us or upload a document proving your non-profit status in your country.

Step 3: Fill out the application. Once you’ve done all that, you are ready to fill out our Non-Profit Discount Application. We’ll ask you a few quick questions about your Crowdbooster account and your organization including where the non-profit disclousure/directory listing link is on your site. As soon as we get the notification that you've filled out this form, we’ll look it over and apply the discount to your account.
