Is the personal plan really free?

Yes! You can use the personal plan for free as long as you like. There is no time limit, no trial expirations, no hidden fees, nada.

Are there any setup fees?

Nope. Nothing.

How do Professional/Business accounts work?

We will bill you for the upcoming month starting today and give you immediate access to Professional or Business features. We will then bill you on that day of each month for as long as you want to keep your Crowdbooster Professional or Business subscription.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Pay month-to-month, downgrade at anytime and continue using Professional or Business features until 30 days after the date of your last payment. After your 30 days have expired, you can continue using the Free plan and upgrade back at anytime.

How far back does the data go?

We have your follower growth data back to your first day on Crowdbooster. For tweets and mentions, we can go back further than that - up to 3,200 tweets from before you first signed up and everything since then. For Facebook, we can get the complete history for most pages.
